Our Team

Lauren Olson is the owner and founder of Radiance Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, one of the most advanced aesthetic facilities in the country. She holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine. Ms. Olson believes in combining the “Art and Science of Beauty and Wellness” to deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results that help patients look and feel their best. She has assembled a team of talented and dedicated professionals who provide a holistic approach to health, wellness, and beauty.

Since beginning her medical career in 1982, Ms. Olson has practiced in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Family Practice. She also served as a Clinical Coordinator of a Diabetes Clinic and as a Certified Diabetes Educator. In 1995, she expanded her focus into clinical skincare and has since grown her expertise to include Advanced Aesthetic Skincare, Anti-Aging, and Functional Medicine.

Committed to continuous learning and innovation, Ms. Olson stays at the forefront of medical aesthetics through ongoing education, research, medical conferences, and industry collaboration. She believes that innovation is key to maintaining Radiance as a leading medical aesthetics practice. In the treatment room, she combines science and artistry to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals through a variety of advanced treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO thread lifts, regenerative skin treatments, laser procedures, and treatments for spider veins.

Beyond her clinical work, Ms. Olson has been recognized for her leadership and service. In 2012, she was named a Woman of Excellence by the Houston Federation of Professional Women. She has served as President of the Women’s Business Forum, President of the Texas A&M Women Former Students Network, and Chairman of the Board of the Cypress Symphony. Passionate about giving back, she actively supports numerous nonprofit organizations and is guided by a commitment to serving her clients, employees, and community with integrity, compassion, and honesty.

Dr. Tamyra Y. Comeaux has been in private practice since 2000 and is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized, minimally invasive approaches. Her expertise includes individualized weight loss planning, orthomolecular medicine, natural hormone therapy, and holistic solutions for gynecologic conditions such as PCOS, fibroids, and endometriosis. She is also a leader in regenerative medicine, utilizing advanced treatments such as autologous adipose stem cells and platelet-rich plasma therapies to support areas including aging, menopause, fertility, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and hair restoration. With advanced education in holistic nutrition and naturopathic medicine, along with additional training in liposuction and fat transfer procedures, Dr. Comeaux takes a comprehensive approach to wellness. She also completed an Integrative Cancer Therapy Fellowship to further expand her ability to support patients through individualized, whole-body care. Outside of her practice, she enjoys reading, writing, and traveling, having visited more than 60 countries.

Nancy brings decades of experience in healthcare, having worked in nursing, family practice, and as an operating room technician since 1984. She is passionate about continued education and stays up to date on the latest advancements in wellness and aesthetic treatments to provide the best possible support for patients. Her extensive medical background and dedication to learning allow her to bring a thoughtful and compassionate approach to patient care. Nancy loves helping patients achieve their goals and witnessing their transformations through improved health and wellness. Outside of Radiance, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her growing family of children and grandchildren, and relaxing with her sweet dog, Honey.

She also has medical experience from periodontal surgical assisting and MA work that has brought valuable knowledge into her medical aesthetics position. Here at Radiance, Heidi’s experience as a medical aesthetician has been one of the most rewarding and positive positions that she has ever had. She is able to help each and every one of her clients achieve their goals in looking and feeling their very best from head to toe! She became passionate about the health of skin and skincare because she had the personal experience of seeing her own skin improve exponentially by using the right products and corrective devices for her skin type and she realized that she could help others achieve healthy skin, feel great, and look their best. On any given day off you will probably find Heidi with one of her kids. She has 4 daughters of her own and her husband has 3….. together they have 7 children, and 5 grandchildren. Their time is usually spent watching a softball game, cheer competition, enjoying family game nights, or visiting their grown kids that are out of town. She and her husband love the outdoors, traveling and sharing new experiences with their family.

What truly sets Natalie apart is her thoughtful and giving spirit. She is always the first to lend a helping hand—whether to a client in need or a teammate needing support. Her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond have earned her the Most Helpful award multiple times at our annual Radiance Oscars. We are proud to have her on our team and grateful for the heart she brings to Radiance every day.
