Shelby has been a vital part of the Radiance team since 2016. As a member of the Guest Services team, she ensures a seamless client experience by managing appointments, answering phones, and handling transactions. Shelby also contributes behind the scenes, overseeing inventory, coordinating employee schedules, and managing Radiance’s marketing efforts. Her creativity shines through in writing social media captions, blogs, and newsletters for the spa. Shelby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Sam Houston State University and has over 10 years of retail experience. She loves Radiance’s fast-paced, dynamic environment and takes pride in being part of such a successful and elegant business. When Shelby isn’t working, she enjoys writing and is also a freelance copywriter. She frequently writes lifestyle blogs and is an avid reader, never without a book. Shelby loves spending time with her husband, their son, their cats, and her big, lively family.
