From ensuring our treatment rooms are spotless to keeping the towels perfectly fluffed, Natalie’s attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What truly sets Natalie apart is her thoughtful and giving spirit. She is always the first to lend a helping hand—whether to a client in need or a teammate needing support. Her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond have earned her the Most Helpful award multiple times at our annual Radiance Oscars.
